Tuesday April 14, 2015!
Thank you so much for stopping by and if you haven’t read “Fireflies,” what are you waiting for?!
As I read this novel I found myself being transported into a time far away, yet very comfortable as I was drawn into the family Whelan. As a first time novelist, Ms. Bartlett seems to have a gift and I will look forward to more novels written by her as it can only get better with experience.– J. Gantt
“Fireflies” is an engaging novel with very likable characters that kept me turning the pages long after my bedtime. The stories within the story of an Irish family who came to America keep you interested throughout and will leave you thinking long after you’ve reached “The End”.
I thoroughly enjoyed this author’s first book and will definitely look for her second!” – D. Grantland
“They say don’t judge a book by its cover, but the cover of Fireflies drew me in. Then I stayed because I was hooked! I enjoyed the story of this Irish family in America. The characters are developed well and their backstories are shared at the perfect time.I liked the characters and at the end of the book I wanted to know what happened to them. To me, this is a sign of a good book!
I like paranormal fiction – it’s my favorite genre. Fireflies is the latest addition to my collection. I hope the author writes quickly, because I want to read more!” -B.J. MacDonald
