Kim and I had a wonderful day today at the Baltimore Book Festival. We met some really cool people and I made a few very good connections. We were pleasantly surprised to have people come up and mention they’d either heard of “Fireflies” or seen it somewhere before. 🙂

We also met some really great authors. I enjoyed the fact that people of all ages purchased my book. People from young teens up to senior citizens! I enjoyed talking about the book and watching the expressions on people’s faces as they read the back of the book or the blurb on my brochure.

All in all, this was a positively uplifting experience which reinforced my love and respect of the literary community. Thank you Baltimore for coming out in support of writers, readers and the community and for giving we authors a platform to share our stories!
