Author Interview – P S Bartlett
Thank you Ch’kara!
Today I have an interview for you with fellow author P.S. Bartlett about her book Jaded Tides, from the Razor’s Adventures Pirate Tales.
Short author bio: P.S. (Peggy) has always had a love of books and writing. She also paints and draws and although writing takes up the majority of her free time by choice, she loves spending time with her friends and family.
Her first novel “Fireflies” was published in March of 2013 with GMTA Publishing and her second, “Hope From the Ocean” was published in March of 2014, also with GMTA.
Peggy’s goal is to become a full time writer and spend the remainder of her days creating worlds, characters and stories that will carry on long after she’s written her last word.
Book Synopsis: After finding love in the most unlikely of places, Ivory’s life appears to at last be falling into place. Having proven…

Guest Post by @PSBartlett The Kind of Writer I Want to Be.
Hello everyone,
Some of you may have heard that I have a book on schedule to be released around Christmas. It’s my debut novel, written with an author by the name of P.S. Bartlett. A book related to that novel is being released Oct. 5. It’s called Jaded Tides and it is book 2 in the pirate tales series and the third book leading up to her amazing Blue Diamond: The Razor’s Edge that I absolutely loved so much that Bartlett and I became friends and ended up writing a book together. Here today is a guest post by my partner in print. Over the next few days you will be seeing several posts about her here on Ronovan Writes. Now, onto our guest post today by Award Winning Author, P.S. Bartlett.

Attendees were able to check out panels, see some combat demonstrations with the DC Stunt Coaltion, play the Spartacus board game and of course meet some of the actors and actresses from the show.
(Thanks to Nadia Adona and Enelay Creative for this video)
CosLove, a local community service cosplay group, oversaw the cosplay panel as well as a cosplay contest, and a lot of the cosplayers and costumers were very impressive.

Help! Well okay, this isn't exactly a life threatening help but this is a literary FUN cry for help. How would you like to help me name the next pirate ship in Jaded Tides, today? Updated... Oddly enough I'm back here nearly 2 years later because I had forgotten to update this blog post when I found out the source of this attack. It wasn't anxiety at all but something much more sinister; I'd been bitten by what may have been a black widow spider. Later that evening while getting …

I Will Never Be a Best Selling Author…And I Am Okay With That…Really
Let me say that again. I will never be a best selling author. And I’m okay with that. Really.
I never aspired to be a writer. In fact, I hated to write. I even hated to read. Why? It bored me. I didn’t have the attention span to sit there and let myself just fall into the story and let it take me away. And writing? All I ever thought about was all of the papers and projects I had to write when I was in school. Ugh. I hated it.
So then, why did I become a writer? Well, not to become a best selling author, that’s for sure. I am sure that most of the best selling authors out there had aspirations to become just that. Maybe not all of them, but probably most of them. If I truly aspired to become a best seller, than I definitely…
